As in “STRANDS NO. 1,” these videos are the result of combining techniques that owe their antecedent to the mathematics of Laplace with graphical programming languages. While these works extend the variety of abstract images shown in “STRANDS NO.1,” many differ, emphasizing both the color green, and the nature of the object that transmits the color, in this instance jade. Twelve works are displayed on two adjacent screens.
